Paayal Dasgupto has almost 20 years of experience in education with over 16 years with International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes. (to include her qualifications here). She has contributed across PYP, MYP, and DP, serving as a facilitator and curriculum contributor, MYP Coordinator for more than a decade, and currently serving as the Continuum Coordinator at Symbiosis International School, where she supports alignment and continuity across programmes.
She has been instrumental in IB authorisations, evaluation processes, and programme development, with a focus on strengthening teaching and learning practices. She spearheaded the SIS MYP authorisation in 2019, played an active role in curriculum review and professional development, and has been a part of the review committee.
Paayal is deeply committed to the IB mission of developing internationally minded learners. She values collaboration, reflection, and continuous growth, believing that education should nurture curiosity, empathy, and global citizenship.
