Anjali Motwani is a seasoned IB educator with 13 years of experience in the Primary Years Programme (PYP) at Symbiosis International School. Her teaching journey spans over 16 years across national and international curricula. She holds a double master’s degree along with a postgraduate diploma in computer applications.
Over two IB review cycles at Symbiosis, Anjali has led the Approaches to Assessment standard, playing a pivotal role in shaping the written curriculum, teaching and learning practices, and assessment strategies. Her expertise extends to teaching both early and elementary years, mentoring the Grade 5 exhibition, and developing the PYP curriculum, including lesson plans, unit planners, report criteria, and integrated assessments—always with a focus on diverse learning styles.
She has conducted numerous in-house professional development workshops and facilitated Pune and SAIBSA Job Alike sessions. Additionally, she has been an integral part of the CORE team responsible for curriculum development, monitoring, and documenting learning.
