Dr. Anuradha Chaturvedi, the IGCSE Coordinator of SIS, is a PhD. in Chemistry from Lucknow University. She has been dynamically heading the IGCSE program since 2016 till date. With 23 years of teaching experience in prestigious institutions and across various boards, as a chemistry facilitator and Head of Department of Sciences, she has guided and mentored her IG Faculty and Students at SIS, to achieving brilliant results in the board exams every year. She received the Award for ‘Excellence in Education’ In September 2018, from the International Institute of Hotel Management. She also participated in several events be it a promotional one for ‘Girl Education’ in partnership with an NGO, Good 4 Nothing or an International Science and environmental educational trips to U.S. 2019-2020. Recently she attended a conference by Cambridge, U.K. on “Evaluating Impact of Excellent Classroom Teaching Practices.”
Her sincere effort is to take this programme forward with the same impetus, to preserve and enrich this legacy. An integral part of education is to find a sense of purpose and develop a solid moral compass that sharpens our discerning sense. At SIS a concerted and conscientious effort is made to augment life skills and develop confident, responsible, reflective, innovative and engaged individuals. These are the attributes that form the foundation of Cambridge learners. The dynamic faculty at SIS tries to kindle critical, analytical and creative thinking by conducting several interactive sessions. The task before us at SIS is to lay the way forward and use the best teaching practices to shape the young minds
