SIS offers two types of activities to its students. i.e Sports & Creative. It's restricted to SIS students only. Activities are as follows:


    Sports Activities:


  • Soccer: Soccer is a popular sport among students, offering benefits such as increased aerobic capacity and cardiovascular health. This activity is available to students from PYP to IGCSE.
  • Basketball: Basketball is another sport with high student interest, promoting improved balance and coordination. It is offered to students from PYP to IGCSE.
  • Karate: Karate, a self-defense technique, enhances both physical and mental strength. This activity is open to students from PYP to MYP.
  • Table Tennis: Table tennis improves hand-eye coordination and mental alertness, concentration, and strategy. It is available to students from PYP to IGCSE.
  • Yoga: Yoga offers numerous benefits, including enhanced flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. Students from PYP to MYP can participate in this activity.
  • Gymnastics: Flexibility is a primary factor in gymnastics, and regular participation promotes a healthy lifestyle. This activity is open to PYP students.
  • Skating: Skating provides a complete aerobic workout, involving all of the body's muscles, particularly the heart. It offers health benefits similar to jogging and is available to PYP students.
  • Rope Mallkhamb: Rope Mallakhamb enhances flexibility, muscle alertness, and discipline while developing resistance to disease. This activity is open to students from PYP to MYP.

    Creative Activities:


  • Bharatnatyam: Bharatnatyam is an Indian traditional dance form, offered to students from PYP to MYP.
  • Western Dance: Western Dance is available to students from PYP to MYP.
  • Western Vocals: Students can explore Western Vocals from PYP to IGCSE.
  • Guitar: Guitar is available to students from PYP to IGCSE.
  • Tabla: Tabla is an option for students from PYP to MYP.
  • Debate & Elocution: Students can participate in Debate & Elocution activities from PYP to MYP.
  • Visual Arts: Visual Arts is open to students from PYP to IGCSE.
