The fee structure may be revised at regular intervals and amendment /revision may be hosted on the website whilst the revision is done.
Payments must be made on or before the scheduled due date (as per information provided on the website)

  • EY 1 (Nursery) I to IBDP-2 (XII) fee payable in two installments.
  • EY Continuation / confirmation fee for the next academic year is payable in the month of December every year.
  • PYP 1 (Grade I) to DP 1 (XII) continuation / confirmation fee for the next academic year is payable in month of May every year.
  • If the school offers admission to a student in the middle of an academic year, the fee to be paid is on prorate basis.
  • Fee defaulters will not be allowed to appear for the examinations.
  • In case of a Fee default, the School Reports and all School documentation shall not be released until the due Tuition Fee is paid in full
  • Re-applying will be treated as a fresh enrollment, processing of such applications will be subject to clearance of all outstanding dues, penalty amount and repayment of the Enrolment Fee please contact the school office.
  • Textbooks, Exam fees, Courier expenses, photocopying and admin charges etc. will be charged as per actual and are applicable for MYP, IG & DP (Grade VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI & XII)
  • International trips and travel, uniform & transport fees are NOT included in the annual school fee

Bank Charges

  • All bank charges pertaining to inward remittance of school fee, if any, shall be debited to student's account.
  • In the event of cheque return, a sum of Rs.1000.00 besides the bank charges shall be debited to the student's account.

Security Deposit

Security deposit as per the deposit ordained by the school management is payable by every student taking admission in Symbiosis International School.

  • This deposit is non-interest bearing and is refundable upon the student's withdrawal/ from the school.
  • Any unsettled dues of the student shall be compensated from his/her security deposit.
  • The security deposit is refundable within 60 days of withdrawal/ passing out of the student taking into consideration the unpaid dues, if any.
  • Legal disputes, if any, shall be settled only in the courts having their jurisdiction in Pune.
  • Any unclaimed security deposit lying with the school after the period of withdrawal elapses will be forfeited in favor of the School.

Late Fees

Late fees are charged to parents who fail to pay the due amount / balance of the school fee by the due date as mentioned in fee schedule. The full amount of the fee must be received by the school on or before the due date.

  • If full payment is received within 30 days after the due date, a late fee of Rs. 100/ per day will be charged.
  • If full payment is received between 31 and 60 days after the due date, a late fee of Rs. 200/ per day will be charged.
  • The student will be allowed to appear for the IGCSE/ IBDP only when the entire fee is paid and a 'No Dues' certificate is obtained from Program Coordinator / Accounts /Library/Others etc. Unless the complete fee is paid, no examination results, reports, transfer certificates or recommendations to future schools/colleges will be issued to the student or parent.
  • If the fee is not paid after 3 fortnightly reminders, the student's name shall be removed from the school's records and all dues shall be forfeited from the security deposit. Re- admission will only be granted, subject to availability of seats and on payment of arrears and re-admission fee.

Exam Fees

An additional cost is payable towards Exam fees for students in Grade 10 and Grade 12. The fees paid towards ‘Examination Fees’ are transferred to the University of Cambridge and International Baccalaureate respectively.

Courier Charges + Administration Expenses

The above mentioned charges are to be paid along with the Examination Fees and may vary from time to time. On non-payment of Exam Fees, the students will not be eligible to appear for their IGCSE / IB Diploma Exam.

SIS facilitates the school bus transport service through 3rd party vendor. For further details please contact our transport coordinator.

  • School fee is charged for 12 months of the year.
  • Registration fee is non-refundable. In case of a waiting list, the school does not commit to a confirmed admission.
  • Admission fee is to be paid in full at the time of admission and is non-refundable.
  • Security deposit is also payable at the time of admission and is refundable on withdrawal of admission.
  • Kindergarten fees can be paid in two instalments (May / Dec)
  • Grade 1 to 12 fees can be paid in two equal instalments (May / Dec )
  • In case instalments are not paid on time, a fine of Rs. 100 per day is charged. The school office sends circulars from time to time in this regard. The fee schedule is clearly mentioned in the school diary.
